Kampio Seller Terms

1. Purpose and Scope
These terms regulate the responsibilities of users who offer their products for sale through Kampio, the commission application, and the basic rules regarding the sales process.
2. Seller's Responsibilities
The seller;
declares that they have the right to sell the product,
that the listing information and photos are accurate,
that they have disclosed the physical condition of the product and known defects,
that they will deliver the product in accordance with the agreed conditions,
and that they will comply with the applicable legislation and Kampio's listing rules.

The seller may not offer for sale counterfeit, stolen, legally prohibited products, or products that infringe on the rights of others.
3. Review of Listings
Kampio may review listings before they are published. It may request corrections for listings containing incomplete or misleading information or may choose not to publish the listing.
The publication of a listing does not mean that Kampio has independently tested the product or guarantees all the features of the product.
4. Kampio Commission
For sales completed through Kampio, a commission of10% of the sale pricewill be applied to the seller.
The amount on which the commission is calculated, whether any tax application and delivery fee are included in the calculation, will be clearly communicated to the user before the sale.
The timing of the commission collection, the criteria for the completion of the sale, and how to handle cancellations or returns will be explained to the user in the relevant transaction conditions. The commission application must comply with the applicable legislation and relevant contracts.
When the commission rate or calculation method is changed, the user will be notified before the change comes into effect, and re-approval will be obtained if necessary.
5. Payment and Money Transfer
Kampio utilises the iyzico infrastructure for sales payments. The processes of receiving, processing the payment, collecting the commission, and transferring money to the seller are carried out in accordance with the actual payment flow, relevant contracts, and applicable legislation.
The seller must provide the necessary information for payment transactions accurately. Delays that may arise due to missing information, security checks, or the payment service provider's review will be addressed within the framework of the relevant processes and contracts.
6. Delivery and Completion of Sale
The seller must carry out the delivery of the product in accordance with the conditions agreed upon during the announcement or transaction.
In the initial stage, the verification of the delivery can be done via phone, email, or communication channels designated by Kampio.
The moment the sale is considered completed and the related payment or commission processes will be explained in the relevant transaction conditions.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Disputes
In the event of cancellation of the sale, non-delivery of the product, non-compliance of the product with the advertisement description, or payment disputes, the seller may inform Kampio.
Kampio can assist in delivering requests communicated to it to the relevant party and in establishing communication between the parties. Cancellation, return, and payment processes are evaluated according to the nature of the transaction, relevant contracts, and applicable legislation.
These conditions do not eliminate the rights that buyers or sellers legally possess.
8. Prohibited Behaviours
The seller agrees not to provide false information, not to list counterfeit or unauthorised products, not to share other users' personal data without permission, and not to misuse the Kampio system.
9. Removal of Advertisements and Account Restrictions
In the event of a violation of these conditions or applicable legislation, Kampio may request the correction of the advertisement, remove the advertisement, or restrict the use of the account, depending on the nature of the incident. Users' legal rights are reserved.
10. Updating of Conditions
Kampio may update these conditions when necessary. Updates will be communicated to the user, and re-approval will be obtained when necessary.
